1. Return Eligibility

To maintain the exclusivity and pristine condition of our garments, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all Luxe Lines tags still attached.
  • The item must be free from any scents, makeup stains, or signs of wear.
  • Due to the limited nature of our drops, “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at +971 54 359 3346. Once your request is authorized:

  • Securely package the item in its original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
  • Please note that unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges (Limited Pieces)

Because we produce in limited runs, we cannot always guarantee that a different size will be in stock. If you need an exchange, we recommend contacting us immediately at +971 54 359 3346 to check availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a piece that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
